Shipping policy

1. We currently offer in-store pickup only. Delivery is not available yet; we will announce it when it starts.
2. Pickup location: 20, Jalan Sentosa, Off Taman Chi Leong, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor.
3. When ordering, please choose your preferred pickup date and leave a contact phone number.
4. After the shop confirms your payment, it will tell you when your order is ready for pickup.
5. Please show your order number (starts with GF) when you collect.
6. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00; Sat 9:00–18:00; Sun 13:00–18:00; open on public holidays.
7. If you do not collect on the agreed date, the shop keeps your order until closing time that day, then contacts you to arrange another date. Flowers kept too long may not stay fresh.
8. You may send a courier such as Lalamove to collect: the courier must show the order number.
